The logo design utilized the theme of the chain link, (a V and C linking together) while combining flowing natural lines with straight geometric ones. The vibrant green connects it to nature: a vital source of inspiration for my work.
Sinthome
To launch the collection of jewelry I created, I worked with a Photographer and Web Developer to create my website and an editorial shoot. The process was one of creative exploration: a result of being self directed.
The concept for the collection was based on a psychological theory called the Sinthome, which describes the way selfhood is formed. The collection plays with undoing the knots that bind ourselves together, creating openings for exploration and discovery.
The creative shoot captured varied environments, with a convergence of nature and futuristic forms to convey a form of expression that defies categorization. The continuous link theme ties it all together.
The product photos used stones, dirt and water to create texture, and evoke a sense of wildness.
